Abstract

This article examines the role of Islamic religious education in building family resilience against the LGBT phenomenon. The main objective of this article is to understand how Islamic religious education can provide a strong moral and spiritual foundation for families in facing and responding to the increasingly widespread LGBT phenomenon. This article uses a literature study research method. The literature study method is a method of solving problems by tracing previously written sources. The results of the following article indicate that Islamic religious education plays a significant role in shaping the values ​​and norms that form the foundation of family resilience. Through intensive and continuous religious education, families are able to create an environment conducive to the development of strong character in children, possessing moral resilience, and being able to respond wisely to the LGBT phenomenon in accordance with Islamic teachings.
