By reviewing related literature studies, this study aims to explain the impact of Islamic religious education in forming moral values that are in accordance with religious teachings related to sexual orientation and its implications for preventing LGBT. The literature study analysis method is used to compile findings that support this conclusion. The results show that Islamic religious education provided in the family environment has a significant impact on shaping children's identities and instilling positive attitudes towards religious values. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of the role of the family as an agent in shaping children's morals, as well as highlighting the urgency of raising awareness of the importance of Islamic religious education from an early age in society. These findings also provide a basis for collaboration between families, schools, and religious institutions in forming a generation that has a sexual orientation in accordance with religious and social norms.
