Family Approach in Addressing LGBT Issues Among Generation Alpha
Abstract
This research is a literature study that investigates strategies and approaches that can be implemented by families to overcome LGBT issues among the Alpha Generation. Through analysis of various literary sources, this article highlights the importance of inclusive education and open dialogue to help children understand how to avoid LGBT issues. Emotional and mental support from the family was also identified as an important element in helping children cope with the stress and uncertainty that may arise regarding coming out of LGBT. To avoid unwanted LGBT influences, families are advised to provide strong religious education, monitor the media content consumed by children, and ensure a social environment that supports family values. In conclusion, with the right approach, families can help their children grow into individuals who are tolerant and respectful of diversity, and contribute to the formation of a more inclusive and just society.
